A swimmer with at least one active booking in that billing month. Siblings on the same family account each count once, and swimmers who pause for a holiday don't count while paused.
No. Parents pay through your own Stripe account and the money lands in your bank, usually next day. Stripe's standard card fee applies (as it would anywhere) - OctoSwim adds nothing on top.
Neither. It's a rolling monthly subscription you can cancel from your settings page any time. Setup is self-serve and most schools take their first booking the same day.
Fourteen days with every feature enabled and no card required. If you do nothing at the end, the trial simply expires - we never charge you silently.
Never. Parent accounts, the booking page, progress tracking, and the Splashy assistant are all free for your families.
